Allison Guaty is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. Ms. Guaty primarily practices in the areas of medical malpractice, premises liability, wrongful death, and vehicle negligence.

Ms. Guaty received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude, and received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami. While in law school, Ms. Guaty received several honors distinctions including the Dean’s Achievement Award in Criminal Procedure Adjudication and participated in the John T. Gaubatz Moot Court Competition. Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane as a law clerk, Ms. Guaty clerked for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida in the Family Division.

She is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association, the Hispanic National Bar Association, Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and the Florida Bar. Ms. Guaty is licensed to practice in Florida
