Andrea C. Faverio is an associate attorney in the firm’s Miami office where she devotes most of her practice to a broad spectrum of construction and complex civil litigation matters.
Ms. Faverio is a dual citizen of the United States and Peru and is fluent in Spanish. Ms. Faverio is a proud double Gator, having obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Sociology from the University of Florida, where she graduated cum laude. Andrea earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was awarded the Ethos of Excellence Scholarship, a full merit-based academic scholarship.
While in law school, Andrea was the Senior Managing Editor and the Co-Chair of the Diversity Committee for the Florida Law Review. Ms. Faverio earned the Frank E. Maloney Award for Outstanding Candidate during her time on the Review. Outside of her work for the Law Review, Andrea was a Research Assistant for Dean Emeritus Jon L. Mills and the Social Chair for the Latino Law Student Association. Ms. Faverio earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Drafting and was placed on the Dean’s List for multiple semesters.
Prior to joining CSK, Andrea clerked for the Florida Health Justice Project in Miami and for a commercial litigation firm in Orlando. In her free time, Andrea enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures and spending time with friends and family.
