M. Arabella Puentes-Rubio is a Partner in the firm's Miami office. She primarily focuses her practice on federal and state civil litigation focusing in the areas of commercial litigation, marine/admiralty, automobile negligence and general liability.
Mrs. Puentes-Rubio attended the University of Miami graduating with a Bachelor in Business Administration in Finance. She subsequently worked for the U.S. Department of the Treasury – Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) conducting regulatory examinations of community banks.
Mrs. Puentes-Rubio received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas School of Law and was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in 2006. During law school, Mrs. Puentes-Rubio served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Chief Judge David M. Gersten, 3rd District Court of Appeal. She also received Academic Achievement Awards in Advance Legal Writing and Interview, Counseling and Negotiation.
