Bailey Brinkley is an associate in the Jacksonville office. Her practice focuses on personal injury and insurance defense. She received her Bachelors in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She also received her minor in Natural Resource Law.
Subsequently, she obtained her law degree from Florida State University. While in law school, during her second year, Bailey was treasurer for the Women’s Law Symposium. She was also a Certified Legal Intern at the 7th Circuit State Attorney’s Office in her final year at FSU. Additionally, while at FSU Bailey clerked at the Innocence Project of Florida, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation Alcohol and Tobacco Licensing Division, and the Public Defender’s Office of the 20th Circuit.
As a first generation attorney, she is excited for the opportunity to learn and grow as an advocate here at Cole, Scott, & Kissane.
