Brad R. Sturges is a Partner in the firm's Miami office. His practice is concentrated in the areas of premises liability, construction litigation, employment law, and condominium law. He has worked on cases involving a wide span of legal issues including products liability and wrongful death.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Sturges was a prosecutor for the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office for over five years, where he tried over 40 jury trials and developed an expertise in traffic homicide and cyber crimes cases.
