Brad Sturges is a partner in the firm’s Miami office. His practice is concentrated in the areas of premises liability, construction litigation, employment law, and condominium law. He has worked on cases involving a wide span of legal issues including products liability and wrongful death. Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Mr. Sturges was a prosecutor for the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office for over five years, where he tried over forty jury trials and developed an expertise in Traffic Homicide and Cyber Crimes cases.
