Bridget Gonzalez is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. Ms. Gonzalez practices in the areas of auto negligence, products liability, marine/admiralty, hospitality, and general liability defense.
Ms. Gonzalez attended the University of Florida where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in International Business. Ms. Gonzalez then earned her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University College of Law, graduating within the top 5% of her class. While attending law school, Ms. Gonzalez received a series of honors and distinctions including being selected for Law Review, and receiving “Book” awards for the highest grade in Advanced Legal Writing, Appellate Advocacy, and Secured Transactions. Ms. Gonzalez also published her article with the St. Thomas Law Review where she compares the employment classification of Uber workers across four different countries and proposes a solution whereby gig economy workers can enjoy employment benefits and part-time employment.
While in law school, Ms. Gonzalez served as the President of the St. Thomas Business Law Society and the Senior Articles Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review. In her second year of law school, Ms. Gonzalez served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Antonio Arzola on the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. Ms. Gonzalez also served as a law clerk for a plaintiff firm specializing in probate and first party property. In her last semester of law school, Ms. Gonzalez interned for the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office.
Ms. Gonzalez is admitted to practice in Florida.
