Brittany Masterson

Brittany Masterson is an associate in the firm's Tampa office. She practices in the area of civil defense litigation with a focus on all aspects of employment and labor law, including discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, civil rights, breach of contract, negligent retention, negligent hiring, sexual harassment, non-compete agreements, and FMLA issues.

Ms. Masterson also litigates in the areas of personal injury, general liability, premises liability, wrongful death, equine law, and Legionnaire's disease, among other areas.

Ms. Masterson received her Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University - San Marcos before going on to obtain her Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School. While at Lewis & Clark Law School, Ms. Masterson competed on the mock trial team and was a member of the student body association, sitting on both the admissions and professionalism committees.
