C. Bijan Whelton is an associate attorney in the firm’s West Palm Beach office.  A lifelong Palm Beach native, Mr. Whelton concentrates his practice in the fields of first party property defense, premises liability, personal injury protection, vehicular negligence, and wrongful death.

Mr. Whelton attended Davidson College earning a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a minor concentration in World History.

He received his Juris Doctor from the Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana.  While at Tulane, Mr. Whelton participated in the Trial Advocacy Program while serving as a member of the Sports Law, Business Law, and International Law Societies.  He graduated with a concentration in Sports Law and Intellectual Property Law.

Bijan is a member of the Florida Bar as well as the Maryland Bar.  Prior to joining CSK, he practiced in the areas of mortgage foreclosure defense, condominium association law, commercial property management, and intellectual property licensing.
