Charles Blake Dye is a partner in the firm’s West Palm Beach office.  He practices in the areas of General Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Construction, Personal Injury Litigation, Catastrophic Injury, Employment Law, Environmental, Condominium and Homeowners’ Association Law, Liquor Liability Defense, Professional Malpractice, Security Negligence, Trucking Accident Defense, Vehicle Negligence, and Premises Liability.

Mr. Dye attended University of Buffalo where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Science.  While at the University of Buffalo Mr. Dye volunteer for numerous conservation causes.

Mr. Dye received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law.  During law school, he volunteered at the Broward County Public Defenders office.  Mr. Dye also attended the University of Miami’s summer abroad program studying conflicts of laws at the University College of London.

After law school Mr. Dye worked for 20 years as a Probate litigator and Estate Planner attempting to assist seniors resolve end of life issues.  After building a thriving practice Mr. Dye shifted focus to Commercial Litigation where he handled large Class Action litigation and specialized health care provider claims.

Mr. Dye, in his spare time, currently volunteers fundraising for Conservation and Sustainability causes.
