Cynthia Claire Bargil is a partner at the firm’s Fort Lauderdale West office. Ms. Bargil practices in the area of Workers Compensation litigation.
Ms. Bargil earned her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. At Nova Southeastern University, Ms. Bargil was awarded the Book Award for earning the highest grade in Biomedical Ethics while she also interned in numerous practice areas consisting of general civil litigation, premises liability, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and family law.
Ms. Bargil completed her undergraduate degree at Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Art in Legal Studies and Business Administration, and a minor in History. During her undergraduate education, Ms. Bargil was a student athlete for the Nova Southeastern University Lady Sharks basketball team. She was also recognized for her academic standing as a member of the Dean’s List. Before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. as an associate, Ms. Bargil practiced in the area of Foreclosure litigation and bankruptcy.
