Overview

Dallas Bright is an associate with the firm's Tampa office. She practices within our General Liability team focusing in the areas of general civil litigation, catastrophic and personal injury, and vehicle negligence.

Ms. Bright obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of Memphis, where she majored in Political Science. During undergrad, she became a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society and Sigma Alpha Pi National Society of Leadership and Success. Upon graduation, she moved to Orlando, Florida where she earned her Juris Doctor degree from Barry University School of Law. She received the highest-grade distinction in Legal Research and Writing and became a legal research assistant for her professor.

During law school, Ms. Bright volunteered at the Pro Se Bankruptcy Clinic for the Middle District of Florida with concentration on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings. She was also the Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and President of Barry Law Intramural Club. She became a member of Phi Alpha Lambda Delta Law Fraternity International and participated in Barry Law Run Club. Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Bright was a law clerk for a PIP and personal injury firm in Orlando, Florida. Her previous experiences allowed her to gain a unique perspective for the cases she now handles.

In her free time, Ms. Bright enjoys spending time with her dog Bella, a Siberian Husky, relaxing by the water, or visiting Florida's different theme parks. She is also an avid concert and sporting event attendee!
