Daniel Trincado is an Associate at the firm’s Fort Lauderdale West office. He concentrates his practice in the area of general civil litigation, vehicle negligence, personal injury protection, and first party property.

Mr. Trincado earned his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law graduating ranked second in his class. During law school, Mr. Trincado earned Dean’s List honors every semester, received ten (10) CALI Excellence Awards given to the highest scoring student in each class, and served as the Goodwin Alumni Editor for the Nova Law Review. Prior to law school, Mr. Trincado earned his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Florida International University with a double major in Political Science & International Relations.

Mr. Trincado is licensed to practice in all state courts in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
