Eric Stephen Shubow is a partner in the firm’s Jacksonville office whose primary areas of practice are Personal Injury Protection, First Party Property matters, General Defense Litigation.

Mr. Shubow attended Florida State University for his undergraduate studies where he attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with an emphasis in Biology before attaining his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.  While at Florida Coastal School of Law, Mr. Shubow received Dean’s List accommodations in multiple semesters and was awarded a Pro Bono Honors Certificate for his volunteer service in the Jacksonville community.

Prior to working with Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Mr. Shubow worked for another insurance defense firm where he practiced primarily in the fields of Complex Construction Defect Litigation, Personal Injury Protection Litigation, Personal Injury Litigation and Subrogation Defense.
