Fernando Oyarzun is an Associate in the firm’s Miami office where he devotes most of his practice to a broad spectrum of Construction and Complex Civil Litigation matters.
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Fernando attended Florida International University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism. Mr. Oyarzun then received his Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University, College of Law, where he graduated within the Top 5% of his Class and was awarded honors for achieving Magna Cum Laude. While in Law School, Fernando received several honors including Dean’s List distinctions for each semester of his legal academic career. Fernando also received Book Award’s in First Amendment, UCC Sales, and Innovation & Patent Management for achieving the highest grade in these respective courses.
Prior to joining CSK, Fernando clerked at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office during his time in Law School.
Fernando is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
