Haley L. Franco is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. Ms. Franco primarily focuses her practice in the area of general civil litigation, including commercial litigation, employment litigation, directors/officers and condominium litigation.

Ms. Franco received her B.A. in Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from the University of North Alabama, graduating magna cum laude. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law. While working on her law degree, Ms. Franco also received her M.B.A. from Samford. Ms. Franco was on the Dean’s list while in law school and was a member of the Women in Law group.

While in law school Ms. Franco obtained experience in transactional, real estate, bankruptcy, and probate law.
