Horacio Ruiz-Lugo is an associate in the firm’s Miami office who primarily practices in intellectual property and business law in both transactional work and litigation.

Mr. Ruiz-Lugo was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Mr. Ruiz-Lugo obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration degree and Master of International Business degree at the University of Florida. Thereafter, he continued his education at Florida International University College of Law, where he attained an Intellectual Property Certificate and graduated with Cum Laude honors.
