Janelle Davis is an associate in the Bonita Springs office. Her practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, first-party property, and condominium and homeowners association matters.

Ms. Davis earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law where she received a Book Award in Writing Skills. Following law school, Ms. Davis worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the Florida Attorney General’s Office in the Tallahassee Criminal Appeals Division. She then gained admission to the Colorado Bar and worked for a civil defense litigation firm in Colorado Springs handling construction litigation matters. Immediately prior to joining Cole, Scott, & Kissane, Ms. Davis prosecuted municipal code violations and criminal cases as an Assistant City Attorney for the City Attorney’s Office in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Ms. Davis is a member of the Military Spouse J.D. Network and a graduate of the Military Spouse Fellowship Program sponsored by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Hiring our Heroes initiative.
