Jeffrey Keller is a partner in the firm’s Miami and Fort Lauderdale West offices practicing in the area of general civil litigation, including a focus upon catastrophic and personal injury litigation, commercial and residential properties, hospitality industry defense, premises liability, trucking accident defense, vehicular negligence, and first party property damage claims.
Mr. Keller obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in History from the University of Central Florida. Thereafter, he received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class, receiving magna cum laude honors. While in law school, Mr. Keller served as the Articles & Symposia Editor for the Stetson Law Review and was part of Stetson’s Honors Program. In addition, Mr. Keller was a member of the Stetson Moot Court Board where he competed in national competitions.
Also during law school, Mr. Keller gained valuable experience serving as a judicial intern for the Honorable James D. Whittemore at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and for the Honorable Deborah White-Labora at the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida. Upon graduating, Mr. Keller received the Judge John M. Scheb Excellence in Appellate Advocacy Award.
