Justin Hundersmarck is an associate in the firm’s Jacksonville office and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2022. His practice is focused on civil litigation.
While earning his Juris Doctor at the Florida State University College of Law, Mr. Hundersmarck externed at the Division of Administrative Hearings, which hears cases involving challenges to the actions of state agencies. This included completing research and producing memoranda recommending potential rulings in cases heard by Senior Administrative Law Judge Robert Cohen and Administrative Law Judge Gar Chisenhall. Mr. Hundersmarck was a Staff Editor on the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law and member of FSU’s Environmental Law Society, prepared tax returns on behalf of others as part of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, and made the Dean’s List.
Prior to law school, Mr. Hundersmarck earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida.
