Overview
Kip O. Lassner is the Managing Partner leading the firm’s Fort Lauderdale West location and is the Partner in charge of the workers’ compensation department firm-wide. He concentrates his practice in worker’s compensation and has lectured to employers, insurance adjusters and insurance professionals on the issues of worker’s compensation, bad faith and the duties and liabilities of independent adjusters. He is certified by the State of Florida as an Instructor of Insurance Education for workers' compensation adjusters. Mr. Lassner is an AV-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell
Mr. Lassner is a recently retired Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves where he served as an Army attorney in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG). He joined the U.S. Army Reserves in 1987 as a Private, and left law school to fight in Desert Storm. After later graduating from law school, he served 21 years in the Florida Army National Guard and then transferred back to the U.S. Army Reserve for a total of 35 years of service to our Nation.
Mr. Lassner received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Florida, a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Law Center and a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College.
