Kurt Koehler is partner at the firm’s Jacksonville office. His practice areas include appellate law, general civil litigation, and insurance coverage and carrier representation.

Kurt received his J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law in 2006. During his time there, he was an editor on the Ave Maria Law Review. Prior to joining Cole, Scott, & Kissane, he spent was a career staff attorney at the Fifth District Court of Appeal. He also has extensive experience in electronic discovery before state and federal courts.
