Ms. Griffin has an extensive business background, focused on both marketing and technology. In law school she focused her education on business law, during which time she enjoyed an internship with the in-house counsel at Duke Energy. Following law school Ms. Griffin began a solo practice specializing in estate planning, probate, and business law, where she handled matters such as contracts, regulatory issues, and employment litigation. Ms. Griffin’s practice at CSK is focused on the first party representation of insurance carriers in automobile windshield defense lawsuits, and the representation of insurance carriers and insureds in underinsured/uninsured motorist cases.

Outside of work Lyndsey most enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
