Melissa Minsk Donoho is an attorney in the firm's Plantation office, practicing primarily in the area of insurance defense litigation. She brings with her years of litigation experience.

Ms. Donoho has been a practicing attorney in Broward County for thirty years focused primarily on criminal defense. She was the Chief Assistant of the Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional counsel where she managed over 100 attorneys and staff and focused primarily on death penalty litigation. Ms. Donoho has tried numerous death penalty trials and has argued before the 4th D.C.A., the Florida Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. Ms. Donoho is admitted to the Florida Bar, the United States Southern District of Florida and the United States Supreme Court.
