Monique A. Jerome is an associate in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale West Office. Her areas of practice are focused on general civil litigation, premises liability, vehicular related negligence claims, negligent security, condominium & community associations, insurance coverage, carrier representation, and personal injury protection insurance defense.
Ms. Jerome earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, at University at Albany, State University of New York (SUNY) with a major in English and minor in Sociology. She received her Master’s degree in Public Administration, summa cum laude at the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude from the Shepard Broad College of Law Nova Southeastern University. While in law school, Ms. Jerome served on Nova Law Review, Moot Court, and as President of the Caribbean Law Students Association. She was involved in numerous student organizations and initiatives, and was also a research and teaching assistant to two law professors. Ms. Jerome made Dean’s List on several occasions and was the twice recipient of the CALI Excellence Award given to the highest scoring student in a class for Civil Pre-Trial, and Caribbean International Law.
