Nefertari Bennett is an associate in the firm’s West Palm Beach office and practices in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property, Professional Malpractice, Banking and Finance, and Real Estate Litigation.

Ms. Bennett received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. While in law school, she served in the Nova Trial Association Honors Program, and placed quarter finalist in  the Chester Bedell Competition. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bennett worked at a mid-size insurance defense firm handling personal injury protection (PIP) cases. Prior to transitioning into the private sector, Ms. Bennett worked as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami- Dade County, Florida, focusing on child support enforcement.
