Nicholas Nash is an Associate at Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., concentrating his practice in commercial litigation, employment litigation, intellectual property litigation, business law, country club, condominium and homeowners' association law, and advising clients in corporate and transactional matters. Mr. Nash has consistently received designations from distinguished peer review publications and has been included in the Super Lawyers "Rising Stars" list, by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation, and the Top 40 Under 40 Attorneys in South Florida by the National Black Lawyers.

Mr. Nash is active in the community and has assisted in a variety of pro bono legal matters through Legal Services of Greater Miami and Dade Legal Aid. Mr. Nash has worked on community engagement initiatives through the ICE Foundation, and also has served as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem for Florida's 11th Judicial Circuit in Miami-Dade County.
