Peyton Rydell is an associate in the Tampa office of Cole, Scott & Kissane. She practices in general litigation, focusing primarily on insurance defense.

Peyton received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Florida. She received her JD from Florida International University College of Law.

During law school, Peyton served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Paul Huey of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Peyton served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. She prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases, gaining significant litigation experience. She is an active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
