Richard graduated from Stetson in 2022and passed the Bar in July. While at Stetson, Richard was part of the inaugural Stetson Business Law Review and helped them create their first publication. He has clerked under the late- Honorable Judge Micheal G. Williamson as a legal extern in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. Prior to working at CSK, Richard worked as a law clerk at a Plaintiff’s first party property firm. He currently practices in CSK’s Tampa office and is handling First Party Property, General Liability, and Bad Faith claims.
