Overview
Ryan G. Soohoo is a Partner in the firm's Fort Lauderdale West office. His areas of practices include construction, and defense of architects, engineers, construction managers, general contractors and subcontractors, and major design professionals.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Soohoo is a Registered Architect, who has designed buildings ranging from single-family houses to multi-family high-rises buildings, and commercial projects. As an architect he has experience working closely with engineers, developers, and contractors, in all phases of construction.
While working as an architect, Mr. Soohoo obtained his Juris Doctorate from Florida International University College of Law. In law school he received the CALI Book Awards for local government and land use and planning, and Murray A. Greenberg Prize for Excellence in Local Government Law.
Mr. Soohoo has experience representing clients in both federal and state court, as well as working with local governments.
