Shayna Sehayik is an Associate at the firm’s West Palm Beach office.  Ms. Sehayik focuses her practice primarily on the areas of personal injury, construction injury and litigation, premises liability, and automobile and security negligence.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sehayik litigated employment law issues on behalf of both employers and employees.  Before that, she was a business immigration attorney in New York, achieving employment authorization for individuals of extraordinary ability in the arts, and entertainment.

Ms. Sehayik graduated cum laude from Columbia University, where she earned her B.A. in Political Science.  She earned her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, where she was a member of the Ninth Circuit Appellate Program.  Ms. Sehayik is born and raised in South Florida, where she graduated in the Top 5% of her class from Suncoast Community High School. Ms. Sehayik speaks Spanish and Hebrew.  She is admitted to practice in Florida and New York.
