Stephanie Barr Partlow is a partner with the firm’s West Palm Beach Office and practices in the areas of Labor and Employment Law, Civil Rights Law, Housing and Commercial Litigation, ERISA Litigation, Legal Malpractice, Directors and Officers Liability, Miscellaneous Professional Liability, Marine/Admiralty, Community Association Law, Consumer Protection Defense and Class Action for the firm.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Florida State University. Ms. Partlow earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, magna cum laude, in 2006.
Ms. Partlow is admitted to practice in all state courts within Florida. Ms. Partlow is also admitted to practice before federal courts, including the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
Ms. Partlow’s practice also extends beyond litigation, as she conducts diversity training for managers and employees to assist companies in preventing discrimination and harassment in the workplace. Ms. Partlow provides advice and works with employers to properly tailor their Employee Handbooks and other employment policies to their business needs, as well as drafting employment contracts and separation agreements. Ms. Partlow also counsels employers on executive compensation, fiduciary and employee benefit issues, as well as the proper classification of exempt and non-exempt employees.
Ms. Partlow is a member of the American Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers.
