Stephen M. Rosansky joined Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. after working in the legal field for more than a decade, focusing his practice on civil litigation, primarily within the field of insurance defense. Mr. Rosansky has investigated and prosecuted insurance fraud claims and participated in SIU investigations brought pursuant to Florida’s Motor Vehicle No-Fault Act (Personal Injury Protection Statute) as well as auto-glass claims those claims arising out of both bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured motorist losses. Previously, Mr. Rosansky managed a division of well-trained and highly skilled attorneys at a well-known South Florida Insurance Defense Firm. Mr. Rosansky is admitted to practice in the State of Florida (2003) as well as the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida (2003). A longtime resident of Florida, Mr. Rosansky received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center in 2003 and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University in 2001. Mr. Rosansky is a State Certified Continuing Legal Education Instructor; a frequently invited guest speaker at annual Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee Conferences; Medical Claims Defense Network Conferences and a member of the Claim and Litigation Management Alliance; National Association of Professional Insurance Investigators; Medical Claims Defense Network, Broward County Bar Association and American Bar Association.
