Overview
Steven Oehler is an associate in the firm's Tampa office. His practice area includes civil litigation, with a focus on nursing home defense. Mr. Oehler graduated from the University of South Florida Honor's College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature, Magna Cum Laude. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law.
While in law school, Mr. Oehler interned for Chief Bankruptcy Judge Michael Williamson, Judge Susan Bucklew, and Magistrate Judge Julie Sneed. He also worked as a research assistant for Professor Elizabeth Rowe, and earned a Certificate in IP Law.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott, & Kissane, Mr. Oehler worked at an employment law firm as an associate, and also worked as a legal assistant for the office of general counsel at the Neurology and Physical Therapy Centers of Tampa Bay, where he assisted with collections claims, responded to medical records requests, and corresponded with law firms throughout the state.
