Steven Richardson is the Managing Partner in the Tallahassee office of Cole, Scott & Kissane. His areas of practice include first party property, architects and engineers, trucking accident defense and general civil litigation. Mr. Richardson earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida. He earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where he was chosen to serve on the Stetson Student Leadership Development Committee. Additionally, while in law school, Mr. Richardson clerked for several civil litigation firms in the Tampa Bay area.

Before joining Cole, Scott, & Kissane, Mr. Richardson worked as an Assistant Regional Counsel for the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, 5^th Circuit, where Mr. Richardson tried numerous civil and criminal cases to verdict.
