Talia Jarrett is an Associate at Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., at its Fort Lauderdale East Office. She practices in the areas of premises liability, negligent security, vehicular negligence, and general civil litigation.
Ms. Jarrett attended Nova Southeastern University–Shepard Broad College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate and obtained Dean’s List honors. While in law school, Ms. Jarrett received an honorary distinction for her pro bono services, was Editor-in-Chief of ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law Vol. 28, an advocate for the Moot Court Society and NSU Trial Association, Chief Justice of the Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, and President of the Intellectual Property Law Society. Ms. Jarrett worked as a law clerk for several firms located throughout South Florida, assisting with business formation and transactions; as well as civil and commercial litigation. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University, with majors in Political Science and Criminal Justice.
Ms. Jarrett is admitted to practice before all county and circuit courts in the State of Florida.
