Thomas L. Hampton is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. His areas of practice include civil, medical malpractice, and premises liability for the firm. Mr. Hampton earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University, and a Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law. Mr. Hampton was the Editor-in-Chief of the Washington University School of Law Environmental Law Journal and was a Chairperson for the Washington University Moot Court. Mr. Hampton has the distinction of having obtained a landmark decision with the State of Florida on same-sex couples’ right to marry within the State.

Mr. Hampton is admitted to practice in Illinois and Florida, and is admitted to practice in the Florida Southern District Bankruptcy Court. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Dade County Bar Association and the Illinois Bar.
