Tiffany B. Batten is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. Her practice areas include General Civil Litigation, Personal Injury Litigation, Condominium and Homeowners’ Association Law, Liquor Liability Defense, Security Negligence, Trucking Accident Defense, Vehicle Negligence, Premises Liability, and Elevator Litigation.
Ms. Batten received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, cum laude, from the University of Florida and received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
While attending the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Ms. Batten was a member of the Florida Moot Court Team where she served as the Chairwoman of Special Events and was a member of the Journal of Law and Public Policy where she served as a General Editor. Ms. Batten was placed on the Dean’s List every semester in law school, earned the book award for the highest grade in Finance for Lawyers, and is a member of Florida Blue Key. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Batten served as a Guardian ad Litem for Florida’s Eighth Judicial Circuit, as well as a student member of the First District Appellate Inn of Court.
