Yolanda Martinez is an associate in the firm’s Orlando Office. Her areas of practice include certain aspects of insurance and general liability defense, including personal injury defense, premises liability, and automobile liability.

Ms. Martinez received her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. Ms. Martinez received her Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude from Florida A&M University College of Law. During her time in law school, Ms. Martinez earned Dean’s List Honors and received the book award for several classes including Torts, Property, and Constitutional Law.

During law school, Ms. Martinez honed her skills in advocacy by participating in a pre-trial practice workshop. In addition, she completed an internship with the Office of the Public Defender, Ninth Judicial Circuit.
