Zachary K. Allen is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Orlando office, where he practices in the area of workers’ compensation defense and general liability defense.
Mr. Allen graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. He then went on to complete a Master of Science degree in General Human Environmental Sciences with a focus on Conventions and Meetings Management. Post-graduation Zach worked as a paralegal at a prominent plaintiff personal injury firm where he developed an understanding of the litigation process.
After almost ten years of working in law offices and non-profit fundraising, Zach attended Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, FL. He graduated with High Honors in Trial Advocacy. While in law school, Zach volunteered as a certified legal intern with the Public Defender’s Office of the 9th Judicial Circuit in Orange County, was on the executive board of the Human Trafficking Awareness Coalition, volunteered as a VITAS tax preparer and became a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Court Mediator.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Allen practiced in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense, and family law.
He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts.
