Location : Miami, Florida
CSK continues to expand and is seeking an experienced construction litigation paralegal for its Miami location. Applicants must have at least (5) years of experience and be familiar with the Insurance defense practice. Paralegal knowledge desired in all aspects of litigation, including document management, review and analysis, rules of civil procedures; discovery process, legal research and trial preparation. Trial experience is a plus.
Candidates must be a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP), or possess a CP or NALA designations at a minimum.
