Insurance Defense Paralegals

Cole, Scott & Kissane is seeking to add two experienced Insurance Defense Paralegals to is Miami office located next to Datran in the Dadeland area of Miami.  CSK offers great benefits that include 20 days of PTO per calendar year, paid holidays, paid parking or Metrorail pass and the employees may choose from 4 UnitedHealth plans, 2 dentals plans, 401k matching, vision, short and long term disability, long term care, life insurance, and much more.

Paralegal candidates must have at least 3+ years of defense experience working and billing primarily as a defense paralegal.  Experience with reviewing and summarizing records including medical records is a must as is extensive trial preparation experience.

All candidates must have one of these three requirement:

1. FRP designation from The Florida Bar
2. CP designation from NALA
3. Hold a paralegal certificate or degree from an accredited school
