Defense Verdict – Tampa Cast Iron Case

Tampa Partner, Lauren Kilgore and Jacksonville Partner, Liana Jackson obtained a complete defense verdict on a cast iron first party case in Orange County.

Plaintiff argued that her cast iron plumbing system required tear out and $90,000 in replacement costs. Defendant argued there were multiple other options available that were much more reasonable and did not require tearing up the home. The jury found Plaintiff did not prove tear out was necessary to repair the cast iron system.
