Orange County Defense Verdict

Orlando Partners, Michele Morales and Brian Fery, secured a complete defense verdict in Orange County in a premises liability case.

CSK defended a retail super-center where Plaintiff claimed she slipped and fell due to a substance on the floor in close proximity to an employee who should have addressed the issue. Plaintiff claimed an injury to her knee and asked the jury for $750,000. The jury deliberated for less than an hour before returning a complete defense verdict.
