Lissette Gonzalez of CSK’s Miami office obtained an affirmance in part and reversal in part of the trial court’s amended final judgment of costs and final judgment on attorney fees. Lissette obtained an affirmance on two of the four issues the Appellant raised on appeal. Lissette successfully argued that attorney fees were proper pursuant to both section 768.79, Fla. Stats., and the proposal for settlement.
