Mark Tinker and Mary Lou Cuellar-Stilo of CSK’s Tampa office obtained a reversal of a money judgment in favor of First Call, and a remand of the case for entry of judgment in favor of People’s Trust, due to the homeowner’s breach of the policy by failing to execute a work authorization form and by circumventing the terms of the policy by hiring First Call to perform non-emergency repairs.
