Mark Tinker and Mary Lou Cuellar-Stilo of CSK’s Tampa office obtained an affirmance of the trial court’s order granting Summary Judgment in favor of People’s Trust based on People’s Trust’s uncontroverted evidence of its contractual duties and satisfaction of those duties and RM & Associates’ failure to present any counter-evidence other than an affidavit that indicated there was physical loss to the property which necessitated the invoiced Remediation Services.
