Michael Rosenberg of CSK’s Fort Lauderdale West office successfully obtained the denial of a petition for writ of mandamus. CSK’s Daniel Levin successfully moved to dismiss the Petitioner’s complaint after the Petitioner failed to appear for a hearing, despite being duly noticed on two separate occasions. In his appeal, the Petitioner sought to compel the trial court to undo the trial court’s ruling rather than compel a ministerial act. After denial of the petition, the Petitioner sought further review with the Florida Supreme Court which was stricken as unauthorized.
