Jacksonville Partners Patrick Snyder, Christopher Walsh and Jacksonville Associate, Alexandra Dabek, recently obtained a great trial result in a low speed rear end accident with minimal damage. Although low speed impact and minor property damage, plaintiff underwent extensive medical treatment, including undergoing a two level cervical fusion surgery, and had incurred $170,000 in past medical bills.
At trial, Plaintiff asked the jury for $2.65 million dollars. The jury deliberated less than an hour and returned with a $50,000 verdict for past/future medicals and no permanent injury and $0 pain in suffering.
