CSK inherited the file from prior counsel to represent the one of largest car dealerships in the area. Plaintiff, who was 33, claimed substantial injuries from a slip and fall in the service area that exacerbated her prior lumbar spondylolisthesis and caused additional injuries to her back at L3-4, and ultimately requested the jury award nearly $2 million in damages.
After deliberating for 80 minutes the jury returned a verdict of no liability.
